“Munz construction built a 2nd story 500 sq ft addition onto our home. They also replaced the entire roof, siding, gutters, exterior doors and skylights on our 24 year old home. The price was fair and the payment plan was clearly stated and manageable. The work was completed in stages over a 4 month period of time. We LOVE the final product. The contractors and subs were meticulous, polite and diligent. We were amazed at the ease of working with their framing crew, roofers and siders. They are a quality team. Communication with the owner and supervisors was handled in a timely manner. Office staff were receptive. This company handled everything from architectural plans to obtaining permits to arranging inspections. They listened carefully to what we requested and did everything possible to accommodate our wishes. We did not know this company prior to the work but noticed various construction projects they had worked on. We spoke with some of their previous clients and were impressed. Even their subcontractors who did our plumbing, electrical, drywall and heating were timely and professional. They had very good words to say about this construction company being dependable. Living in a home during construction can be stressful but we were impressed with this contractor’s respect for us and their attempts to maintain the integrity of our living space throughout the process.
