If there is a discrepancy concerning a payment, invoice, or account balance, the applicable Munz Construction contract and account records will control, subject to applicable law.

Munz Construction is not responsible for interruptions, errors, security incidents, or other issues caused solely by an independent payment processor outside Munz Construction’s reasonable control.

9. Promotions, Discounts and Special Offers

From time to time, Munz Construction may advertise discounts, promotions, referral incentives, seasonal offers, or other special programs.

Each promotion may be subject to separate eligibility requirements, project minimums, expiration dates, exclusions, geographic limitations, maximum discounts, or other conditions.

Unless the applicable promotional terms expressly provide otherwise, promotions may not be combined with other discounts or offers.

Promotional information does not constitute a binding construction agreement. Eligibility and the application of a promotion to a specific project will be confirmed through the applicable proposal or contract.

If specific promotional terms conflict with these general Website Terms, the terms of the specific promotion will control with respect to that promotion.

Nothing in this section permits Munz Construction to alter or withdraw a promotion in a manner prohibited by applicable law or contrary to an already executed contract.
