What Our Clients Are Saying:

Alex Herrity

We love hearing from our customers, and strive to bring the conversation to you. Read one of our reviews on Houzz.com below:

I can’t say enough good things about Chris Munz and his team. They were outstanding to work with throughout the entire process: from quickly receiving a pricing quote, which was a very reasonable price; to scheduling our new roof install; to Chris’ post-installation call asking about our overall satisfaction with his team.

Our new roof looks great. And the Munz installation crew was very courteous, hard-working and also cleaned-up our yard very nicely.

As I said earlier, Chris was also very concerned with our satisfaction and followed-up with us regarding any questions or concerns we may have had. It’s rare to get such great customer service, concern and results these days. But Chris and his team delivered in spades.
I highly recommend them!

How to ensure your home is ready for the warmer weather:

Alex Herrity

Now that the snow is beginning to melt and the days are starting to stretch on, we are reminded that spring is right around the corner (yes!). Here are a few tips to help you create a home that is just as ready for spring you are!
  • Make note of any leaks— and schedule any repairs for when the weather breaks
  • Schedule a chimney cleaning—if you don’t plan on using your fireplace in the summer months, you’ll be ready for next year
  • Drain all winter machinery— be sure to drain snow-blowers and generators before storing, as gas can cause deterioration
  • Change your batteries— carbon monoxide and smoke detector batteries should be changed at least once per year for safety
  • Change your filters— clean the dryer’s lint trap, check your HVAC filter and make sure the air-conditioner is working properly
I don’t know about you, but we can feel the warm breeze already! How are you preparing for spring? Tell us in the comments below.
